Oral Presentation

Length:

•  Keynote: 30 minutes (20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A and speaker change-over)

•  Standard: 15 minutes (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A and speaker change-over)

Aspect Setup:

A projector with widescreen 16:9 format available. Standard format (4:3) will also work.

Presenting:

•  Communal laptop: This is preferable. Please email us your Powerpoint/slides. You can also check with us at the reception desk each morning before 9:00 am.

•  Personal laptop: This is optional. HDMI or USB Type-C will be available.

•  Portrait: Maximum 900 (L) × 1200 (H) mm
